Charles joined Toastmasters in 2005. During the demo meeting, he was informed that the club did not have enough members to form a club and he brought along his wife, brother, sister, brother-in-laws and his mamager to make up the number and Farlim Toastmasters Club was born. Charles became the Charter President.
He has been a Toastmaster since 2005. and has been an Area Governor, Division Governorand has his is an example of a page.
